corporation/companies with respect to employees.
In
corporate world every company has its worth, but what we want is to work in one
of the obviously. Why we want that, many reasons e.g. to get highly paid, to
get a big company work tag, to work in good environment. Companies are worth by
its employees, to do so top level management facilitate its employee by
bonuses, trips, annual dinners, increments, awards etc. and against that
companies are growing from small to huge, obviously first they have less
employees call small companies then open its office at another locations by
growth and become medium companies and after that they come big companies, if
want to do more they come huge companies with respect to locations, revenue,
employees, products and fame.
Above
are the thoughts of working class because they are bound in everyday tasks and
if we thinks as owning a small business we think different, small business mean
less employees and less benefits for them so on and so forth.
